SHIPPING CHARGES & POLICY
Shipping charges are based on the weight, size, and value of the package. We normally ship domestic packages within the 48 contiguous United States via Fed Ex Ground or USPS. Minimum shipping charge is $7.70, which covers the minimum shipping .we charge actual shipping cost or $7.70 whichever is higher. We have a minimum order of $50.00 on most products except as noted on the particular web page. orders placed under that minimum will be subject to a $7.95 handling fee
Because the cost of shipping your package depends on its weight and dimension, it is often not possible to tell you the actual final shipping cost when the order is first placed. In order to determine the shipping charges, the order must be boxed and weighed, which is done in our warehouse rather than the office where the order is taken. We can, however, email you the final shipping charge when the package is being shipped out, if you provide us with a valid email address at the time you place your order.
We will try to accommodate any special shipping arrangements you might desire, although prices will vary with your individualized requirements. Please remember that once a package has been shipped out, we cannot stop it as Fed Ex or USPS has already been paid for shipping.
Your order cannot be modified once it has been processed . Customers who cancel orders after this point will be responsible for all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Many of the items are ordered from our distributors who charge us 15% restocking fee so we feel the fee we are charging is basically covering our expenses.
Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling and their is no tracking available for obvious reasons.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES & POLICY
We normally ship international orders via the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, which is determined by the actual merchandise, plus the packaging materials. If the package is oversized, there can be additional fees. An additional consideration is the cost of insurance (we do not ship packages without the appropriate insurance coverage). A third factor in calculating the shipping cost is the speed of delivery. The United States Postal Service generally has three (3) types of delivery:
· Global Express Mail (EMS) -The quickest, and most expensive; usually will take approximately 3-5 days for delivery . Tracking available for some countries other countries tracking only available until the package leave USA.
· Airmail Parcel Post - By air, usually will take 4-10 days for delivery . No tracking is available Also this option is not insurable to many countries thus not an option.
· Economy Parcel Post - Surface Mail, will take 4-6 weeks, or up to 90 days . No tracking is available. Also if insurance option is not available with this type of shipping we will not use it.
Please remember that estimates of shipping time are only estimates; the estimated times are not guaranteed: your package may arrive in more or less time. Our company ships orders to countries throughout the world, but we are not specialists in what products can legally be brought in to each country. It is the customer’s responsibility to know if a product can be legally received in his or her country. Natural Living Products is not responsible for delays or items confiscated by customs officials, and will not reimburse customers for those products. There will be no refund on shipping charges if your order is returned by Customs, or because of a failed delivery attempt. Please also note we cannot cancel the order once it is processed. The customer is responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on any products ordered.
Please Note: You must include a phone number with your order so you can be contacted by Customs officials in your country.
