5.The minimum order for personal care products, supplements, and vitamins is $50.00, excluding shipping. Orders placed for less than $50.00 will be subject to a handling fee of $7.95.
6. All policies on This policy is consistent for all orders placed with Natural Living Products by phone, FAX, mail or electronic means.
7. If requested. we will make every effort to change or cancel your order . Once the order has been processed we cannot make alterations to it.
8.In case we authorize cancellation of orders you will be responsible for a minimum of 15% restocking fee and any shipping charges which might have occurred.
9. For cases where returns are accepted, you must call and obtain a Return Authorization Number before mailing back the item. Items being returned must be shipped with appropriate insurance coverage. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 21 days.
10.Unless stated otherwise there is always a shipping and slight handling charge to your order.
11.We try to protect the safety of your information but we recommend you cancel the order in case you suspect fraudulent activity on your credit card and report the matter to US Postal service, your credit card company and the police department as we cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use of your credit card.

13. We make no representation as to the effectiveness of the products sold on this web site.
14. Please note we are not a manufacturer and are not responsible if the product you received has different formulation than the same named product you received in past. Manufacturers do not necessarily tell us they have changed the formulation of their products
15. Please note you have a choice of providing us with CVV number or not. If you choose not to provide us with CVV number we will charge you $1.00 to cover additional costs for processing the credit card.
16. We recommend that you contact us first in case you have question about any credit card charges by us . Any chargeback request you make through your credit card result in a charge of $25 to us. Please understand we would need to be reimbursed for those charges by you in case of not following the above procedure of asking us first about credit card charges which you feel are not appropriate.
17. As a reseller of the products Natural Living Products does not provide any warranties, express, implied or otherwise. NLP ( Natural Living Products) does not warranty use or fitness for a particular purpose not any warranty of non-infringement of any patent, trademark, copyright, or any other intellectual property rights. Natural Living Products Liability and purchasers remedies are limited to those expressed set forth in this section.
Without limiting the foregoing, any warranty ( whether express or implied) to the extent that it is made or deemed made, shall not apply to any Goods which have been subjected to your improper storage, maintenance, alteration or other misuse, or to the extent damage or loss results as a consequence of during transit to you. Your sole remedy, for breach of any warranties or otherwise, is to return the defective Goods to the manufacturer and to follow what the procedures they have for returns. We as a reseller do not have any obligation to you as such.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NATURAL LIVING PRODUCTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR INDIRECT DAMAGES . IN NO EVENT SHALL NATURAL LIVING PRODUCTS HAVE ANY LIABILITY IN EXCESS OF PURCHASE PRICE OF ANY AFFECTED GOODS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All prices are in US Dollars. Please note most manufacturers will honor the warranty on the products but they will not ship for free any replacement for the defective products. The foreign customer is responsible for reshipping on the warranted defective products. Return Policy
Our Return Policy is based on the type of product ordered.
Vitamins, Herbs, Cosmetics, Personal Products, Homeopathic Kits, WEIN, and ULTRA SUN TECHNOLOGY Products, Vacuum cleaners
All sales are final,unless otherwise stated on an individual web page. In the case of a defective product, the manufacturer will normally cover the repair and/or replacement of the product.
APPLIANCES (Example: Juicers, Blenders, Food Dehydrators, Yogurt Makers, etc.)
We sell only new items. Once an item has been used, it is normally not returnable, unless the machine is defective. There are a few exceptions to this policy, and information about such items will be found on the individual web pages dealing with these products.
Defective appliances are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
The manufacturer normally provides warranty information when you receive shipment of the appliance. We can provide contact information for the manufacturer, and inform you of the manufacturer’s return procedures.
Please remember that some manufacturers do not have toll-free telephone numbers,
and that the individual manufacturer, not Natural Living Products, is responsible for any problems with defective appliances.
With respect to juicers,
we will accept return of unused juicers in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the item.
(Champion Juicers can be returned within 30 days). In the case of juicer returns, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs (the original shipping charge, and return shipping with sufficient insurance), and must obtain a Return Authorization Number from us before returning the item. In addition, restocking fees are applied.
