9.For those cases when returns are accepted, you must email, or send postal mail to request and obtain a Return Authorization Number from Natural Living Products. You must have this Return Authorization Number which must be included with the product when it is returned before mailing back the item. Items being returned must be shipped with appropriate insurance coverage. Once your return has been received and processed, a credit or refund will be issued within approximately 21 business days.
10.Unless stated otherwise there is always a shipping and slight handling charge to your order. All all shipping claims must be filed within 90 days of placing your order. Shipping is never refunded whether included in cost or not.
11.We try to protect the safety of your information but we recommend you cancel the order in case you suspect fraudulent activity on your credit card and report the matter to US Postal service, your credit card company and the police department as we cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use of your credit card.

Your sole remedy, for breach of any warranties or otherwise, is to return the defective Goods to the manufacturer and to follow what the procedures they have for returns. We as a reseller do not have any obligation to you as such.

18.All items need to be canceled by email or snail mail. You need to get an RA number from us in writing—No phone calls. Please. Unless you have it in writing from us we cannot process the refund. There is always a credit card processing fee charged as we are charged for it. All returns need to go to the place we designate. We also need to have the original credit card number on which you ordered the item, the expiration date and the CVV number as we are not allowed to keep your credit card numbers on record. Once we get your item and inspect it and we permit a refund if it is in sellable condition. We will refund you on the original credit card number on which you were originally charged within 21 business days of having the item returned.

19.We try to keep up with changes in prices by different suppliers. If the price on the website is not changed and we are unaware of it. We will let the customer know as soon as we can. We will change price to current price charged as soon as we can.
We sell only new items. Once an item has been used, it is normally not returnable, unless the machine is defective. There are a few exceptions to this policy, and information about such items will be found on the individual web pages dealing with these products.
Defective appliances are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
The manufacturer normally provides warranty information when you receive shipment of the appliance. We can provide contact information for the manufacturer, and inform you of the manufacturer’s return procedures.
Please remember that some manufacturers do not have toll-free telephone numbers,
and that the individual manufacturer, not Natural Living Products, is responsible for any problems with defective appliances.
With respect to juicers,
we will accept return of unused juicers in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the item.
(Champion Juicers can be returned within 30 days).
